Oberon 2020
Our Estate grown méthode champenoise sparkling wine. Oberon laid on tirage for 2 years before emerging with delicate notes of delicious cooked pear and green apple, brioche, granite, honeysuckle and sea air with medium, creamy bubbles. The high acidity perfectly matches with creamy soft cheeses, oysters and fried chicken.

2020 AniChe ‘Oberon’ Sparkling Wine- The really good 2020 ‘Oberon’ offers plenty of rich melon and orchard fruit flavors alongside a soft mouthfeel and pretty mousse on the palate, showing salty nuances. Medium-bodied and smooth, enjoy now and over the next few years. Drink 2024-2030- 91 points, Owen Bargreen
Made from half Chardonnay and half Pinot Noir, the 2019 Oberon is fresh, nutty and bright with zippy lemon zest and soft biscuity notions that waft from the nose. Light to medium-bodied, the palate offers a touch of oxidation and elegant, crisp acidity over the zesty finish. Drink now-2026. 1,560 bottles made. Anthony Mueller, Robert Parker's Wine Advocate
