The Hound 2022
The Hound is a nouveau-style Pinot Noir from our Hecate's Key Estate Vineyard
Fermented in whole berry, crushed and whole cluster batches. Harvested young, with no barrel aging. This is our second harvest and bottling from our vineyard and we are excited for this fruity, young and vibrant easy drinker!

The Hound begins stemmy, fresh and floral with a bright, red-cherried nose. Light to medium-bodied, the wine is fresh and crushable with an open-knit and juicy expression ready for action.
