Peaseblossom NV | Dolcetto, Pinot Noir, & Chardonnay Sparkling Red | Tangerine, star fruit and strawberry on the nose. Apricot brioche, spring flowers and citrus peel finish.

Oberon 2019 | 50% Pinot Noir 50% Chardonnay Champenoise | Hecate's Key Estate Vineyard | Columbia Gorge AVA-- Smells like fresh sweet apple, lemon tart, clove,cardamom and saline air. Tastes like cooked cinnamon apples, cardamom, & brioche. Soft bubbles and lovely medium acid on this off-dry sparkling wine. Though this is a Pinot Noir, note it is a white sparkling wine. 

Titania 2020 | 100% Marsanne Champenoise | Boushey Vineyard | Yakima Valley AVA--Salted caramel, cooked pear, citron tart, brown butter sugar and pine. Medium bubbles, cooked pear and apple galette with a brown butter crust, floral persimmon, quince and granite.
