Three Witches 2021
Three Witches is a blend of Carignan, Counoise, & Mourvedre. An unusual potion of strawberry, raspberry, rhubarb and cinnamon makes this bright blend of three Rhone varietals bewitching. Dry with a medium bodied and a bright mid palate. A staff favorite!

2021 AniChe Cellars ‘Three Witches’ Red Wine- The ‘Three Witches’ is a super unique blend of Carignan, Counoise and Mourvèdre from the Columbia Valley AVA. The end product is very juicy and delicious, delivering bright strawberry, guava zest, orange peel and red raspberry flavors alongside garriague and damp soil notes on the palate. Neatly textured and showing good freshness, this is drinking beautifully right now. Drink 2023-2030- 92 points, Owen Bargreen
2018 Three Witches- The awesome 2018 ‘Three Witches’ blends 61% Mourvedre with smaller portions of Cinsault and Grenache. The mouthfeel, verve and length here is really nice, as pretty red fruits collide with tobacco leaf and gobs of smoke and creosote tones. This is quite elegant for Washington GSM and the vintage but it is just terrific to savor right now. Drink 2021-2026- 91 points

2016 Three Witches
88 points - Jeb Dunnuck Reviews "A blend of 42% Mourvèdre, 29% Cinsault, and the rest Counoise, brought up in neutral oak, the lightly colored 2016 Three Witches is a pretty, silky red that offers notes of dried cranberries, spice, forest floor, and hints of white flowers in a medium to light bodied, balanced, enjoyable style. Drink this Pinot Noir look-alike over the coming 4-5 years."
