Our heavenly Serafina is an Estate grown and bottled dry Riesling with notes of lychee, honeydew melon, and mandarin orange on the nose and bright yuzu acid and a luscious mouthfeel. A refreshing pair for spicy food!

Made from 100% Riesling, the 2022 Seraphina is expressive with notes of peach ring, lime candy and hints of petrol. Light to medium-bodied with a zesty and energetic mid-palate, subtle citrus flavors and a mix of green apple skin and honeysuckle. It ends with a clean, dry, crisp finish. The 2022 ‘Serafina’ comes from the Hecate’s Key Vineyard in the Columbia Gorge AVA. It has a smooth texture, loaded with kiwi, Gravenstein apple, Brie cheese and wet stony accents on the palate. Enjoy this now and over the next few years. Drink 2023-2028- 90 points, Owen Bargreen
The 2022 Serafina, 100% Riesling, opens with a blend of honeyed florals, musky green melon and sage. This is soft in texture and shows its minerality up front, as a salty wave of green apple and sweet herbs washes across the palate.
