2019 AniChe Cellars ‘Goat Boy’ Red Wine- A Bordeaux-inspired blend coming from the Horse Heaven Hills AVA, the wine is mostly Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot with smaller parts Malbec and Cabernet Franc. It has beautiful red florals, showing cocoa powder dusted red cherry flavors alongside freshly tilled soils, dark currants and tobacco leaf flavors. 2016 Goat Boy- The 2016 ‘Goat Boy’ blends Cabernet Sauvignon (50%) and Merlot (36%) with small parts Petit Verdot and Malbec. The palate is rich and delicious, already quite evolved with its good core of red and dark fruits, alongside chocolate and damp earthy tones. The texture and length add to the enjoyment.
