A blend of 71% Syrah, 8% Mourvèdre, 8% Counoise, 4% Cinsault, 4% Grenache, 4% Grenache Blanc and 1% Picpoul, the 2019 7 Gables is fresh, ripe and juicy with picturesque red fruits and spiced potpourri essences. Medium to full-bodied, the palate is vibrant, fresh, clean and balanced with succulent acidity and ripe tannins. The wine continues to linger with a slightly spicy and pure finish. This will remain a crowdpleaser until 2030. 5,760 bottles produced.
