Tyger, Tyger 2014 is a blend of Merlot, Petit Verdot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Malbec from Horse Heaven Hills. Indian spices overlayed on sweet tobacco, pomegranate, black cherry and forest lichen. Barreled in neutral and premium french oak barrels for 44 months, and not made every year. This super premium is only made when the barrels tell us they’re ready for Tyger, Tyger. Medium astringency and a bright mid palate slide into soft earth finish.
