2021 Titania - The 2021 ‘Titania’ is a 100% Marsanne sparkling wine that was aged 20 months en tirage prior to disgorgement. Very round and generous on the mouth, you need to be enjoying this at a warmer temperature. This is really novel stuff in its flavor range from yellow plum to quince alongside baked apples. Delicious now, enjoy over the next few years. Drink 2024-2028- 91 points, Owen Bargreen
2020 Titania - This 100% Marsanne sparkling wine has to be the only one of its kind in Washington State. This spent 20 months en tirage, as this shows a touch of sweetness on the palate. Yellow plum and brioche notes combine with quince and shades of Japanese pear on the palate. Don’t serve too cold to enjoy the great range here. Enjoy this beautiful wine now and over the next several years. Drink 2023-2028- 91 points, Owen Bargreen
2019 Titania - A blend of 70% Marsanne with the reminder Roussanne, this shows good freshness with a lovely rich melon and nutty tone mid-palate. While the mousse might not be the most refined, this is seriously delicious and novel bubbles that is best enjoyed over the next several years.
