"Malbec (70%) makes up the majority of this wine, with the rest Cabernet Sauvignon (10%), Merlot (10%), and Cabernet Franc. It’s aromatically expressive, with lifted notes of plum, tangerine rind, herb, raspberry. The palate is loaded with blue and red fruit flavors, showing intensity and richness while retaining its balance. It has the high thread-count feel Malbec so often brings. The purity ups the interest. 14.5% alcohol. TCA-free micro-agglomerated cork. 557 cases produced." NW Wine Report, Sean P. Sullivan

Be Holden 2016, 88 points - "An interesting blend of 40% Malbec, 36% Cabernet Franc, 12% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 12% Petite Verdot, the 2016 Be Holden offers a relatively evolved yet attractive bouquet of currants, dried herbs, and baking chocolate. On the palate, it's rounded, supple, and nicely textured, with plenty to like. It's not going to make old bones, so drink it over the coming 3-5 years. Jeb Dunnuck Reviews
