7 Gables 2016 is a blend of 35% Syrah, 25% Counoise, 12% Cinsault, 12% Grenache, 12% Mourvedre, 2% Rousanne and 2% Marsanne. Varietals in this blend whisper elusive character of dark fruit, violets and red meat. Dry ethereal tannins and medium bodied.
