Our luscious GSM with notes of dark plum, black pepper brisket, shoyu, woods violet, potpourri and fresh leather on the nose. Peppered bacon, smoked meats, brandy soaked cherries, tar and leather on the finish. In her maturity now, this blend is showing its worn leather, dried fig, and earth, with just a hint of game, with dried flowers and black pepper.
Bold quince and blackberry followed by rich vanilla, tobacco and spice make this wine an outlier from typicity. A dry blend with velvet mouthfeel and soft tannin.
