A Southern Rhône styled blend we call our “white wine for the red wine drinker”. This dry, elegant blend of Roussanne and Marsanne elicits a more complex palate of horehound candy, chamomile, dried herbs, honeysuckle, beeswax and melon. Enjoy with fresh fig, salty prosciutto, and baked chicken with Provencal herbs.
